资源微生物学科组


学科组概述

资源微生物学科组主要从事林草蘑菇等珍稀大型高等真菌资源的收集、保藏与开发利用;林草微生物的多样性及功能评价与利用;极端环境微生物资源的多样性、功能评价和发掘利用;林草微生物菌种的鉴定与社会共享服务;微生物的分类学和分子系统学研究。


成员简介

朴春根

朴春根,研究员,博士生导师。1995年毕业于北京农业大学植物病理专业,主要从事林业微生物资源调查、收集、保藏和利用的相关工作,侧重于蘑菇等珍稀大型高等真菌资源的多样性、培养技术和利用方面的研究。先后主持科技部科技基础性工作、科技基础条件平台等专项。兼任中国微生物学会微生物资源委员会委员、中国林学会森林病理分会理事。发表相关论文50余篇,主编或参编书籍9部,为主要参与人获专利6项等。


李永

李永,研究员,硕士生导师。2004年毕业于中国林科院森林保护学专业并留所工作,2013年获得农学博士学位。长期从事林业微生物资源保护与利用、林木病害诊断与鉴定相关研究,主持了国家自然科学基金等省部级项目多项,以第一作者或通讯作者发表论文60余篇,作为主要发明人获专利5项,主编2部,获中国林科院第五届杰出青年荣誉称号、青海省高端创新人才千人计划拔尖人才荣誉称号、国家林业局林业科技青年奖”1项、河南省科技进步奖三等奖1项(排名第3)。兼任中国植物病理学会理事、中国植物病理学会青年工作委员会委员和中国微生物学会资源专业委员会委员、国际期刊Forests客座编辑。


薛寒

薛寒,博士,助理研究员。2012年毕业于昆明理工大学微生物学专业,来森环森保所参加工作,2023年获得农学博士学位。主要从事林业微生物资源调查、收集、保藏和利用的相关工作,侧重于细菌的分类学和系统学研究。主持国家自然科学基金1项,以第一作者或通讯作者发表学术论文10余篇。


姜宁

姜宁,博士,助理研究员。2021年毕业于北京林业大学森林保护学专业,主要从事森林病理学、菌物分类学方面的科研工作,研究方向为板栗真菌性病害诊断及防控减灾研究、子囊菌的分类学和分子系统学研究。入选北京市科协青年人才托举工程(2023-2025);担任国际期刊Biodiversity Data JournalMycokeys期刊长期编委和Forests期刊客座编辑。以第一作者或通讯作者在Journal of FungiMicrobiology SpectrumMycokeysMycologiaMycospherePlant Pathology、陆地生态系统和保护学报等学术期刊发表论文30余篇。
